Q1: How much does shipping cost?

West Malaysia (Standard Delivery)

  • 1st 3kg = RM 5.80
  • Subsequent weight above 3kg = RM 1.00 per kg
  • Standard Delivery applies for orders up to 30kg only

West Malaysia (Bulky Delivery)

  • 1st 10kg = RM 10.00
  • Subsequent weight above 10kg = RM 0.95 per kg
  • For orders above 60kg, please contact us here for a customised delivery

East Malaysia:

  • 1st kg = RM 14.50
  • Subsequent weight above 1kg = RM 13.00 per kg
  • For orders above 10kg, please contact us here for a customised delivery

Q2: When will my order ship?

Once your order is submitted and payment is processed successfully, you will receive an automated email confirmation from our e-commerce system. Your order will then be processed, packed, and scheduled for pickup by our trusted local courier partners, which may include DHL eCommerce, Ninja Van, Teleport, or similar services.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is dispatched. This confirmation will contain a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

Please note that the pickup schedule and delivery duration may vary based on your shipping address and the timing of your order.

Q3: What are the working days for shipping?

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Q4: How are orders processed?

Orders are processed and packed in batches, following a first-come, first-served basis. Our local courier services typically pick up orders at 5:00 PM on weekdays. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Fridays, as well as those placed on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed on the following Monday.

Q5: How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
