service was fast and efficient, but a poor labeling of invoice and promo led my team looking for items that was not intended to be given, RM99 worth of FOC was on invoice, but was only given 4 empty envelopes. huge disapoinment ans a waste of time going back and fourth asking where is it. and 2 days later to be told the 4 packets raya free was just envelopes. if not this, seervice was top quality.
