NEVER sent free gift as promise in order and never replied to follow up matter.
i had raise my case to Consumer Association Penang and will take further action on this false advertising never fulfill.

Why i want to spend too much money on you product just because of that bag. You didn't send it to me. When i send email to you but no body reply me at all. It was too bad.
